| Sigma Omega Phi believes in opening minds through culture, education, and unity. Annually we have held our Children’s Halloween Carnival, SOPhreaky, to promote unity between the Community and the University. The mission of SOPhreaky is to provide underprivileged youth of the community a safe and fun way to celebrate.

7th Street BBQ Pits
There will be Magicians, Balloon artist, and Face Painter. There will also be goodie bags of candies, prizes, food, drinks, costumes,games, and activities.
